  1. What are your store hours?

    We are open Monday – Friday from 10am to 7pm, Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday 12pm - 5pm.

  2. Do you do repairs in house or does it need to be sent out?

    We do have a professional service department in house. We can do just about anything. Sometimes we do need to send a piece off to a vendor. This is usually a result of the jewelry being under a warranty through the vendor, and if we were to work on it ourselves it would void the warranty.

  3. How much would it be for your professional service department to ______ my _____?

    Whether it's fixing a watch, sizing a ring, or soldering a broken chain, our professional service department can do just about anything in house for a reasonable price. We request that you bring in your jewelry for our experts to look at instead of asking for a quote over the phone. This allows us to give you the best and most accurate price for your repair.

  5. Do you do appraisals? If so, when do you do them and how much do they cost?

    We offer appraisal services every other Saturday by appointment. Pricing varies so please contact us at 417-881-0551 for current information. If you item or items were purchased from Justice Jewelers we may be able to look through our records and find the information we need to complete a "certificate of purchase" free of charge.
