Return Policy

Regular purchase items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase in like new / unworn condition. Special order items cannot be returned without manager approval and potential restocking fee applied. Certain sale items will be marked "All Sales Final" and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Loose diamonds are eligible for our trade up program. We will give you 100% of your original purchase price toward the purchase of a new stone priced at least double your original purchase. For example: if your original diamond cost $1000, we will give you $1000 credit toward the purchase of a diamond priced at least $2000.
