    Guarantee

    Your fine jewelry is protected against manufacturer’s defects for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear.

    To protect your jewelry for a lifetime, purchase our Lifetime Care Plan (below) which will cover repairs for life to both jewelry purchases and engagement rings.

     

    Justice Bridal Diamond Guarantee

    The best there is! And included with every Justice Jewelers engagement ring purchase.

    We guarantee free lifetime replacement of your center diamond — up to 2 carats — and all side diamonds if, in the course of normal wear, they’re lost from the original mounting. For this guarantee to remain active you must bring your piece to us every 6 months for cleaning and evaluation by one of our expert jewelers. But we’re very forgiving! If you miss a checkup, come in as soon as you can. If we determine the piece to still be in good wearing condition, we will reinstate your guarantee.

    Lifetime Professional Care Plan (PCP)

    Optional but recommended, this may be purchased at checkout. We want to be sure your Justice jewelry stays perfect, so we offer a paid plan that will protect your purchase for a lifetime.

    Here's what's included:

    • One additional re-sizing over the lifetime of the jewelry
    • Professional cleaning and polishing
    • Ultrasonic and steam cleaning for hard gemstones
    • Gentle cleaning by hand for soft or porous gemstones
    • Metal oxidation removed
    • Worn rhodium plating reapplied
    • Loose diamond and gemstone tightening
    • Prongs are re-tipped or smoothed
    • Metal finishes are reapplied to the best of our ability, including brushed or satin finishes
    • One additional resizing over the life of the ring, up to 2 sizes, and/or sizing assistants.

    Additional charges may apply for these services:

    • Restoring worn metal details like milgrain and engraving
    • Prong or shank replacement
    • Filling cracks or breaks in the metal
    • Reshaping rings

     

    Shipping

    Please allow two business days for us to ship your order. If anything you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately and figure out how to get you what you need. If you need your order for a certain date, give us a call and we'll see if we can expedite the process.

    • U.S. Ground shipping for purchases over $400: Free
    • U.S. Ground shipping under $400: $40
    • FedEx 2-Day: $50
    • FedEx Overnight: $60
    • Orders for overnight delivery must be received by 2pm CT, Tuesday through Friday
    • Any order placed after 2pm CT Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday
    • Signature may be required on delivery for orders
    • Sorry, we are unable to ship to a PO Box or international address
    • Orders scheduled for Saturday delivery are subject to additional shipping charges — we can arrange this at your request.

    Most items are available for immediate shipment, but some items or sizes may be unavailable. In these situations, we will contact you to determine if you’d prefer to special order the item or cancel your order.

    If you have an account with Justice Jewelers, you can check on your online order status at any time by clicking the “Orders” button on the My Account page. For customers placing orders as guests, call or text us at 417-881-0551 and we’ll be happy to give you an update.

    Gift wrap is complimentary. If you choose to include a message, we’ll include a hand-written note.

    Returns & Exchanges

    If the order you receive is not perfect for any reason, please feel free to bring it back into the store or send it back to us within 30 days of your receipt. (Unless your purchase has been identified as final sale.) Your purchase must be in pristine condition, in its original packaging, and show no signs of wear, alteration, sizing, or damage. Please bring your receipt and any paperwork included.

    to SHIP US a return

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Please note that the jewelry must arrive in pristine condition, with original packaging and the receipt — within 30 days of your purchase’s arrival.
    2. Request a Return Authorization Form, either by calling 417-881-0551 during business hours or by emailing sales@justicejewelers.com. Fill in the blanks.
    3. Postage is paid by the customer, and you must insure your package for the original purchase amount. Sorry, we cannot assume responsibility if a returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
    4. Insure your package and send with the carrier of your choice to:

    When your return or exchange is received, our Master Jeweler will review the item(s). As long as you’ve followed the instructions above and the product does not show signs of wear, or having been altered, resized or damaged, we will accept it. We’ll then process your refund or adjusted order as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days.

    The fine print:

    *Custom order items and other special orders are accepted at the discretion of Justice Jewelers.

    *We cannot accept sized or engraved merchandise for return.

     

    Engagement Ring Returns

    You may return your engagement ring within 30 days if it is not sized, engraved or altered. Custom order engagement ring returns are accepted at the discretion of Justice Jewelers.

    Deposits made on canceled special orders are non-refundable. Please follow the return instructions above.

     

    Ring sizing

    We offer one complimentary ring sizing on rings purchased from us. Generally you should allow 2 working days for us to complete the work. Some rings, however, cannot be resized by us and must be special ordered or sent to the designer. We'll let you know as soon as possible if there will be a delay in your order.

    Please remember to give the ring size in the Comments section at checkout.

    Ring sizing more than 2 sizes up or down from the stock ring size may incur additional charges or require a special order.

    Sales Tax

    In accordance with state law, we are required to charge sales tax to purchasers in Missouri.
